Upon receipt of all of our services, all customers will receive a return package. All the information is filled out and paid for, all you are responsible for is putting the rental product, sealing it, and placing it in a post box.
Using our return package, you can return your items to us via any post box or post office anywhere in Japan.
Lawson Convenience stores also accept post mail.
There is a post box in front of most Lawson Convenience stores, but please note that Lawson will not hold onto the item if the Post Box is already full. If it is full unfortunately you will have to look for another lawson or another post box.
Operation hours of post offices are subjected to their respective business hours. However, the return package can be dropped off at the post box at any time. You can use the portable WiFi until the last minute and drop it off at the post box before you pass the departure gate
**Please note that there are no post offices or post boxes past the departure gates at all airports**
The post box is located by the South and North Wing International departure gates as indicated with red circles. There is also a post office that is located in the airport mall which you will see is indicated with a purple circle. The post office is open from 8:30 to 20:00 everyday
There is a post box located by the North International departure gate and another one that is located right by the South International departure gate as indicated with red circles. The post office is located near the C and D check-in counters which you will see is indicated with a purple circle. Post office is open from 8:30 to 20:00 everyday.
The post box is located near the food court and right in front of the Domestic flights security check as indicated with red circle.
The post box is located between the E and F check-in counter as indicated with red circles.
The post box is location by AIU and Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance (#20 and #21).
The post box is located near the information desk indicated as the red circle and the airport post office is located in the North shop which is indicated as the purple circle. Please note that the post office is only open from 9am-5pm everyday.
