There are two JAL ABC counters on the 1st floor of Narita Airport’s Terminal 1—one in the North Wing and one in the South Wing. When you place your order, please choose the counter in the correct wing. If you accidentally select the other wing, don’t worry, It is easy to walk across the terminal and pick up your device at the opposite counter.

Exit the customs inspection and turn left. The JAL ABC is located between the South Exit 2 and South Exit 3.
If your flight arrives at Terminal 3, please walk over to the terminal 2 JAL ABC as there is no JAL ABC in Terminal 3. Terminal 2 and 3 are connected and so it will be about a 500m walk.

After you exit into the arrival lobby, turn right— you’ll find the JAL ABC counter by the elevator.
Haneda Airport has three terminals:
Terminal 3: International only
Terminal 2: International and domestic
Terminal 1: Domestic only
Most Internatinal Flights arrive at Terminal 3.

After your rental period ends, place the device in the prepaid return envelope, seal it, and drop it into any Japan Post mailbox or hand it in at any post office—no extra postage required. The envelope can be mailed at any time, even outside office hours
Most Lawson convenience stores have a mailbox outside; if one is full, look for another nearby. You may use your portable Wi-Fi until departure—just mail the envelope before you go through security.
Note: No mailboxes or post offices are located beyond airport security.Be sure to return your envelope in the public arrivals or departure area.
Airport Departure Lobby Post Box Locations
Narita Airport Terminal 1 (4th Floor – Departure Lobby)
The post box is located by the South and North Wing International departure gates as indicated with red circles.
There is also a post office that is located in the airport mall which you will see is indicated with a purple circle.
The post office is open from 8:30 to 20:00 everyday
Narita Airport Terminal 2 (3rd Floor – Departure Lobby)
There is a post box located by the North International departure gate and another one that is located right by the South International departure gate as indicated with red circles.
The post office is located near the C and D check-in counters which you will see is indicated with a purple circle. Post office is open from 8:30 to 20:00 everyday.
Narita Airport Terminal 3 (International/Domestic Departure/Arrival Lobby)
The post box is located near the food court and right in front of the Domestic flights security check as indicated with red circle.
Haneda Airport International Terminal (3rd Floor – Departure Lobby)
The post box is located between the E and F check-in counter as indicated with red circles.
Kansai Airport Terminal 1 (4th Floor – Departure Lobby)
The post box is location by AIU and Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance (#20 and #21).
New Chitose International Airport (2nd Floor – Departure Lobby)
The post box is located near the information desk indicated as the red circle and the airport post office is located in the North shop which is indicated as the purple circle.
Please note that the post office is only open from 9am-5pm everyday.
Chubu International Airport (3rd Floor – Departure Lobby)
There is a post box located right near the information desk.
