When should I order?
Orders should be placed 2 to 3 days in advance. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Please refer to our shipping map for regional delivery details.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your order by contacting us via email. Cancellations made four or more days before your scheduled rental period are free of charge. For cancellations made three days or fewer before the start date, a ¥3,000 cancellation fee will apply. Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable, and any differences in exchange rates will not be accounted for.
Why is there no optional add-on insurance policy?
As traveller’s insurance generally covers compensation fees, we believe an add-on insurance policy is not very beneficial to our customers. However, please check with your insurance agency/company beforehand to see if a travel insurance is provided or not. If you need to file a report to your insurance provider (e.g. credit card company), then please let us know as we would be happy to provide any necessary documents to do so.
Is there a fair usage policy?
After exceeding 1GB/day, there will be a capping of 200kbps unlimited data which refreshes at 0:00 AM JST (Japanese Standard Time). No pay-per-use additional fees will apply.

Can I top-up my data usage?
Unfortunately, we do not provide top-up options with this plan.
Do extensions cost extra?
Extensions will not incur an extra fee for the extension, the customer will simply be charged the cost of the extra days. Note that extensions will need to be requested prior to the end of the initial requested service period.

1.Take out SIM card
1. Wear protective gloves and remove from plastic case.
2. Remove the SIM card from the case and insert into device.
*Card edges may be sharp. Be careful not to hurt hands/fingers. Do not touch metal chip with bare hands. If accidentally touched, wipe gently with dry soft cloth before use.
2. Setup your SIM card
1. Your Travel SIM card is activated before shipping.
2. Insert SIM card into your device.*
3. Use the information to the right for setup.
*Please see your device’s instruction manual in regards to the insertion and usage of the SIM card.
3. APN setup instruction
Select your smartphone system from the left and check the APN setup instructions.

Return Shipping Service
A return package will be enclosed in the box. You can return your items using this return package via any post box or post office anywhere in Japan! The return package comes with a tracking number for your reference.
Lawson convenience stores also accept post mail.
Note: There are post boxes available on the departure lobby of most Japanese airports. However, there are no post boxes or post offices after the airport security checkpoint.
